Client Reviews & Letters of Recommendation
Unsolicited letters of endorsement that I received from happy customers.
David Griem & Associates
I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Ken Glaza (“K & R Digital Media Forensic Consultants”) who has performed expert digital media and mobile computer analysis, and outstanding videographer services for me in several high-profile civil and criminal cases.
Throughout his career, Mr. Glaza has spent a significant amount of time training and studying under the best in this field throughout the country. He is professionally certified in spectral analysis, data recovery, and covert electronics and, is one of only a few individuals nationwide, who is certified in voice identification. Moreover, with his in-depth analysis and extensive array of advanced equipment and software, Mr. Glaza can determine whether an audio or video file has been altered or tampered with in any way…

Brotsky & Silecchia Inc.
In the time my partner and I have known and worked with Ken Glaza, we have found him to be reliable, resourceful, and above all, reasonable…. both in price and personality. He’s comfortable to work with, honest to a fault, and knows his stuff audio-wise. What else can I say? He’s got a cute puppy? If Ken is involved in a job, it gets done; on time and on budget.
Besides, my partner, who used to own a recording studio and was a producer at WCBS-New York, is tougher to please than Sam Breakstone, and uses him.
This is a letter from an advertising agency. Jerry Silecchia once owned “Ambiance” on Orchard Lake, a competitive studio, but chose to finish and do his projects at K&R.
Farm Crop Dispute
Ken,
Just wanted to tell you we won and the jury loved the sound clips. Thanks!
A recording was made of a conversation where farmers negotiated the planting and harvesting of crops and the splitting of profits and costs. It needed enhancement and clarification.
Ongoing Training
You can’t learn to ride a bike by reading a book. In a mock trial I get to interact with real judges and attorneys. Talking to experts in other types of forensics helps me too.
I completed a two day CEU seminar in Dallas “How To Excel at Your Expert Witness Deposition” taught by Sreven Babitsky.

I was commissioned to provide a digital signage company an ad for the Royal Oak Boys and Girls Club of America Chili Cook Off that played in networked signs in the metro area.
Lecture @ CAP
I gave lecture on how I caught Prosecution submitting fabricated files in a self-defense case. DVDs need to be checked before accepting them in court.

He is willing to help out with whatever task falls in his path. I have also found Ken to be competent and qualified in his field of endeavors. He has a friendly disposition and gets along with almost everyone.
Given half a chance, he will not disappoint anyone who is looking for a person with dedication, promptness, and trustworthiness.
John O’Brien of the Oakland County Circuit Court had a very difficult case that I resolved with an audio video enhancement and a playback in the courtroom.

To whom it may concern;
This is an unsolicited letter of professional appreciation written on behalf of Ken Glaza of K and R.
I have worked with Mr. Glaza for the better part of three years and feel compelled to express sincerest appreciation for his work as an Audio Engineer and in equipment maintenance. He possesses a unique combination of skills in that he is both a highly competent technician and a sensitive musician. He also possesses a rare skill in communication which he has demonstrated through his work as an instructor at Oakland University teaching Audio Technology I & II.
I readily recommend Mr. Glaza for any position related to those listed above, and welcome further questions or call for information should it be desired.
I was the first to introduce the concept of teaching audio at a university.
Both Oakland and Wayne had me develop a two semester curriculum. Basic recording was MUS351.
