All Services done in House:
Minimum charge for first hour or any portion thereof, is $350.00US per incident. If any portion of next hour is used, the rate is $225.00US per hour, billed in full hour increments. Adding live video of lab and work areas during project work hours, add $50 per hour to above rates. Phone audio only, add $25.00 per hour plus phone charges.
Deposition, Court Appearances:
Minimum charge for a reservation is $350 per incident and includes the first hour, or any portion thereof. If any portion of next hour is used, the rate is $350.00US per hour, billed in full hour increments. At the time of the scheduling, account must be current and a minimum non-refundable, replenish-able retainer of $350.00 seven (7) days in advance is required to reserve a workday date.
Consulting, Planning, Reports, Electronics, Preparations:
This applies to activities regarding the case such as, preparations, meetings, research, phone conversations, planning, consultations, reports, affidavits, but not limited to such. Minimum charge for first hour or any portion thereof, is $350.00US per incident and required for the option of designating me as an expert. If any portion of next hour is used the rate is $225.00US per hour billed in full hour increments.
Traveling Mileage:
Most often related to depositions, court appearances, and site services is $2.00 per mile driven. Hourly travel rate, in addition to mileage charge, is $40.00US per hour, billed in full hour increments. Travel limited to a maximum 8 (Eight) hours per day plus perdiem. Items such as, but not limited to: Cab Fare, Air Travel, Parking, Hotel, Food, Etc., will be additionally billed at cost. Other Services:
Includes providing courtroom audio, video, print presentation services. These will be covered by K&R All Media Productions and charged on an “as needed” basis (6b). It would include things like speakers, screens, DVD players, Foam Core prints, projectors, head phones, etc. Presentation equipment operator is $50 per hour.
Notice of cancellation:For any service, notice must be received 72 hours prior to the time and date of service event. All related costs will be billed up to cancellation. Please click on work agreement button above for detailed terms.

I refuse the right of any prospect to name me to the court or opposing party as a witness in any case until I am retained. If I discover otherwise, I reserve the right to contact the judge directly to report “a fraud upon the court” contrary to the interests of justice, and to invite the judge to impose sanctions. I also reserve the right to testify for opposing counsel about the fraud, having no conflict of interest, since I was never retained by the defrauder.
Payment of advance retainer and/or designation as an expert constitutes acceptance of my work agreement and is fully earned-when retained-and not an estimate of the work to be performed irrespective of any awards, settlements or discontinuance of the subject litigation.
